Our Guarantee for the Integrative NLP Practitioner Certification® Training
BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL: Our guarantee is simple… Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You have three (3) days from the date you enroll in the trainings to cancel your agreement and have 100% of your deposit refunded. Thereafter, there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the registered training price. Once the training has started, if at any time prior to the conclusion of your training, you should become dissatisfied with the program, simply meet with an Empowerment, Inc. representative to discuss your dissatisfaction and if we are unable to resolve the problem, we will refund your entire enrollment fee less the non-refundable cancellation fee. All materials received at the training must be returned to Empowerment, Inc. to be eligible for the refund.

NLP Practitioner Training enrollments are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If you are unable to attend the specific dates and location for the training for which you enrolled, you may attend the same training at a later date within a 1-year period from your original date of registration. If you are unable to attend the same training course within this 1-year period, you will not be refunded for your payment. This applies to all Seminars and Trainings offered by Empowerment, Inc.

No Show Policy
Students who neither attends nor cancels their enrollment for a specific training are considered a “No Show” and are not entitled to any refund of their enrollment fee. Students are able to reinstate and transfer their enrollment to another location and time for a reinstatement fee of 50% of their original enrollment fee. Reinstatement must be processed within 6 months from the original date of enrollment.

Due to the large number of trainings each year, we reserve the right to substitute trainers as needed.

CERTIFICATION: To qualify for certification, you must be in attendance for the entire four-day Integrative NLP Practitioner Certification® (iNLP) training. Upon completion of the training, students will be sent two emails - one with a link for the NLP Certification Test and the other with the link to the 30-Step Action Plan, and certifying board information. Once the test and 30-Step Action Plan has been completed, it will need to be submitted directly to the certifying board, the Association for Integrative Psychology (AIP), along with your certification fee of $150 USD.

Our Guarantee for Major Trainings
Our guarantee is simple… Your complete satisfaction is our goal. You have three (3) days from the date you enroll in the trainings to cancel your agreement and have 100% of your deposit refunded. Thereafter, there is a non-refundable cancellation fee of 50% of the registered training price PER TRAINING SESSION. Once the training has started, if at any time prior to the conclusion of your session, you should become dissatisfied with the program, simply meet with your trainer to discuss your dissatisfaction and if we are unable to resolve the problem, we will provide you with a refund. The refund will be calculated by the amount paid for the training, less the non-refundable cancellation fee, and the balance remaining will be prorated based on the actual training hours attended. At your meeting with your trainer you must articulate the reasons for your dissatisfaction and afford your trainer a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem. If a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached, we will provide you with a refund. The refund will be calculated by the amount paid for the training, less the non-refundable cancellation fee, and the balance remaining will be prorated based on the actual training hours attended. At your meeting with your trainer you must articulate the reasons for your dissatisfaction and afford your trainer a reasonable opportunity to resolve the problem. If a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached, we will provide you with the refund stated in this paragraph.

This guarantee is available only during your training session to any fully paid participant who is still within their 1-year enrollment period from their original date of registration. If a refund is awarded, all course materials must be returned to your trainer prior to you leaving the training session.

If a student is found unfit to participate in a training by a representative and/or staff member of Empowerment, Inc., he or she will be provided with a refund. The refund will be calculated by the amount paid for the training, less the non-refundable cancellation fee, and the balance remaining will be prorated based on the actual training hours attended. The student will be required to leave the training immediately. No questions or discussions will be entered into, and Empowerment, Inc. representatives and/or staff will be the sole judge.

Due to the large number of trainings each year, Empowerment, Inc. reserves the right to substitute trainers as needed.

Major Training enrollments are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If you are unable to attend the specific dates and location for the training for which you enrolled, you may attend the same training at a later date within a 1-year period from your original date of registration. However, you cannot transfer funds to any other Empowerment, Inc. training, as it must be for the same training course for which you originally enrolled. An Enrollment Transfer Fee of $500 applies to each time an enrollment is transferred and is limited to a maximum of two (2) transfers. If you are unable to attend the same training course within this 1-year period, you will not be refunded for your payment. This applies to all Seminars and Trainings offered by Empowerment, Inc.

No Show Policy for Major Trainings
Students who neither attends nor cancels their enrollment for a major training are considered a “No Show” and are not entitled to any refund of their enrollment fee. Students are able to reinstate and transfer their enrollment to another location and time for a reinstatement fee of $500 per training. Reinstatement must be processed within 60 days from the original training date.

Cancellation of Major Training enrollments requires a signed letter of cancellation which includes:

Please submit your letter of cancellation via email (info@nlp.com) to: Attn: Enrollment Department. Refunds are processed by the Accounting Department within 6-8 weeks.

Attendance Policy for all Empowerment, Inc. Trainings
Due to the type of training we are conducting and the training exercises that are involved, we do require all students to arrive on time each day and be in attendance the entire time. Students arriving late and/or departing early, will not be permitted to return to the remainder of the training due to the content and training exercises missed.
